Full Registration includes:
Access to all annual scientific meeting sessions and exhibits, lunch on Monday June 17, Tuesday June 18, and Wednesday June 19, Welcome Reception with Keynote and Post Keynote Social on Sunday June 16, Wine & Cheese Reception on Monday June 17, and Gala Banquet on Tuesday June 18. Additional social event tickets may be purchased for guests.
Single Day Registration includes:
- Single Day Sunday registration includes Welcome Reception with Keynote and Post Keynote Social (Sunday). Not included but available for purchase: Gala Banquet (Tuesday).
- Single Day Monday registration includes Wine & Cheese Reception (Monday), access to all Symposia (Monday), Exhibits (Monday), Lunch (Monday). Not included but available for purchase: Gala Banquet (Tuesday).
- Single Day Tuesday registration includes access to all Symposia (Tuesday), Exhibits (Tuesday), Lunch (Tuesday). Not included but available for purchase: Gala Banquet (Tuesday).
- Single Day Wednesday registration includes access to all Symposia (Wednesday), Lunch (Wednesday). Not included but available for purchase: Gala Banquet (Tuesday).
Single Day rates apply for single day registrations only. Attendance at 2 or more days requires full conference registration.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellation must be received in writing to the CCMG office on or before May 15, 2024. An administration charge of $100 will apply to all refunds. No refunds will be provided after May 15, 2024.
